The company’s principal mandate is to manage private equity funds with a focus on growth-stage enterprises and strategic industries, while progressively positioning itself as a fully Shariah-compliant investment platform for Malaysia and the wider ASEAN region. In line with SC’s Guidelines on the Registration of Venture Capital and Private Equity Corporations and Management Corporations, IFPSI is committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance, risk management and fiduciary responsibility. A qualified Shariah Advisory Panel will be duly appointed upon the granting of the PEMC licence to ensure full compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.

Our firm is structured to meet all regulatory and operational requirements set out in the SC Guidelines on the Registration of Venture Capital and Private Equity Corporations and Management Corporations, including maintaining a minimum paid-up capital of RM500,000 and fulfilling the net asset threshold of RM100,000 at all times. IFPSI Capital Sdn. Bhd. is led by a team of experienced professionals with strong credentials in fund management, corporate finance and capital markets.

Our initial fund will target a diverse portfolio of growth-stage companies within high-impact sectors such as financial technology (fintech), healthcare, sustainable development, logistics, halal economy and digital infrastructure. The fund will adopt a disciplined investment approach focused on value creation, risk mitigation and structured exits, including trade sales and IPOs. The company will operate in full compliance with the Capital Markets and Services Act (“CMSA”) and will be governed by a robust internal framework encompassing governance, compliance, risk management, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (“AML/CFT”) policies and investor reporting.
