Established in 2000, IFP ADVISORS GROUP (“IFPAG”) is a consortium of companies with over 25 years of experience across multidisciplinary practices and diversified industries. Our principal focus is Wealth Planning and Financial Services, complemented by expertise in Real Estate Consultancy, Property Valuation and Asset Management, Construction, Architecture, Project Management and Interior Design, International Hotel Management, and Agricultural Business Advisory.

IFPAG has also expanded its services as an Integrated Business Advisor, beginning with the appointment of our CEO, Mr Yasni Yusof, as Strategic Investment Advisor to Impianan Utara Sdn Bhd and subsequently as a Director of SI International Group Berhad. In October 2025, through IFP Ventures & Property Management Services (“IFPV”), IFPAG was appointed Business Advisor to Parkside Hotel Group (“PHG”), with the partnership further strengthened by an upgraded MOU dated 1 August 2026.

IFPAG is also developing a trusted, Shariah-compliant Private Equity Management Corporation (“PEMC”) platform focused on disciplined value creation and sustainable long-term returns.

• Incorporated in 2001 as IFP Ventures Sdn. Bhd., initially providing financial services through qualified professionals and CFP practitioners.
• Restructured in 2016 and expanded into real estate consultancy, property development, high-end property marketing, insurance/takaful and selected financial services.
• Management and technical team have extensive experience in real estate construction, development, marketing, banking and financial services.
• Provides a “one-stop solution provider” for clients and business partners.
• Strong track record in high-end and niche property projects, including Kiara View, Serene Kiara, Kiara Hills, Sunway Bayrocks, Mesra Terrace, Vivaldi, Casa Kiara and Villa Mont Kiara.
• Provides comprehensive property consultancy, including physical inspections, financial reviews and investment recommendations.
• Provides property rental and tenancy management, including tenant sourcing and rental collection.
• Offers general insurance solutions for personal and business risks, including motor, property, fire, engineering, marine, liability, personal accident, workers’ compensation and medical coverage.

2) MZ Design Consultancy (“MZDC”):

• Established in 2002, specialising in architectural and interior design consultancy.
• Led by IDr. Monie Mohariff, a certified Hotel Rating Inspector for MOTAC.
• Over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Recognised by Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia for contributions to the enhancement of professional and licensure examination modules.
• Completed notable projects including Istana Bukit Malut, Langkawi and the Sabah Chief Minister Penthouse Office at Menara 3 Towers, Kuala Lumpur.
• Currently appointed as ID Consultant for the Istana DYTM Raja Muda Perlis Project in Arau, Perlis.
• Experienced in international projects, including Malaysian Embassy office projects through PFI arrangements.

3) TrisM Kontrak Sdn. Bhd. (“TKSB”):

• Main construction arm of the group, specialising in premium interior design (ID) construction and renovation for high-end clients.
• Works closely with MZ Design Consultancy, the group’s in-house architecture and interior design consultancy.
• G7 CIDB-licensed contractor with extensive experience in high-end projects.
• Completed notable projects including Istana Bukit Malut, Langkawi for KDYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong ke-14, Almarhum Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah.

4) IFPSI Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“IFPSI”):

• Proposed Private Equity Management Corporation (PEMC) seeking registration with the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC).
• Established under the Guidelines on the Registration of Venture Capital and Private Equity Corporations and Management Corporations.
• Part of the IFP Advisors Group (IFPAG) ecosystem, supporting strong governance, disciplined management and long-term value creation.
• Focused on building a trusted Shariah-compliant private equity platform.
• Committed to disciplined value creation, investor stewardship and sustainable returns across Malaysia and the region.

5) Parkside Hotel Group (“PHG”)

• PHG is a wholly owned subsidiary of an international hospitality group, focusing on hotel management, with business presence across more than 20 countries, operating and franchising hotels, resorts, suites and residences under a portfolio of hospitality brands. Established in 1975, PHG works with hotel owners and developers across hotel operations, franchising, new developments, turnaround opportunities and property management. 6) Nilai Harta Consultant Sdn. Bhd (“NHCSB”):

• It is a professional Real Estate Consulting firm established on 16th November 2001 and registered with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia and Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. Nilai Harta Consultant Sdn. Bhd. is committed to provide independent and professional real estate consulting services to the clients to guide them towards a better utilization of resources in order to obtain better return on their investment.

7) Association Members of Professionals, Leaders & Entrepreneurs (“AMPLE”):

• AMPLE is a Malaysia-based non-profit organization that unites professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs to foster collaboration in technology, business and entrepreneurship. With its mission of Bridging the Gaps, AMPLE promotes inter-generational understanding, empowers women in breaking the glass ceiling and eases cultural divides to encourage inclusiveness and unity. • MITI permit holder with a strong network of overseas suppliers.
• Specialises in premium and luxury reconditioned vehicles and international motorcycles.
• Operates across the UK, USA, Germany, Australia and South Africa as an AP holder.
• Provides a complete end-to-end sales and service experience, from inspection and repairs to cleaning and restoration.

9) Impianan Utara Sendirian Berhad & Group of Companies (“IUSB”):

• Key development platform driving transformative projects across Perlis.
• Core sectors include plantation, industrial zones, infrastructure, utilities, education, commercial property and REE exploration.
