Our journey began in 2000, with our roots in financial services through Financial Planners Integrated Sdn Bhd and IFP Ventures Sdn Bhd. These early ventures laid the foundation for the development of the IFP Advisors Group (“IFPAG”) brand and our philosophy of helping clients create, protect, preserve and distribute wealth.

As our entrepreneurial journey evolved, we progressively expanded beyond financial services through a combination of strategic partnerships, alliances and multidisciplinary business ventures. Our interests grew to encompass real estate and property investment, construction, architecture and interior design, agriculture, manufacturing, media and licensed content production, alongside other strategic opportunities.

Today, this evolution is reflected in our comprehensive business ecosystem. IFP Ventures & Property Management Services focuses on real estate marketing, property investment and management opportunities; TrisM Kontrak Sdn Bhd, a G7 CIDB-licensed contractor, provides construction and renovation capabilities; while MZ Design Consultancy contributes architectural, interior design and project consultancy expertise.

Our ecosystem is further strengthened through strategic collaborations such as Parkside Hotel Group (PHG) in the hospitality sector, providing international hotel management, branding, operational and development expertise.

The establishment of IFPSI Capital Sdn Bhd represents another significant milestone in our journey and the completion of an important piece of the IFPAG “jigsaw puzzle”, extending our ecosystem towards private equity, strategic investment and long-term value creation.

Envisioned as an integrated destination combining smart technology, wellness, hospitality, functional and regenerative medicine, sustainable development and lifestyle experiences, HPSWR represents our ambition to bring together the diverse capabilities, relationships and expertise developed throughout our journey.

Working alongside our strategic and professional partners, we aspire not only to materialise this vision in Langkawi, but also to explore its potential in other suitable locations.
